Kemahiran Abad ke-21 Murid Sekolah Menengah

چکیده

Cabaran dunia pendidikan hari ini ialah untuk melahirkan murid yang menyeluruh dan seimbang daripada aspek jasmani, rohani, intelek emosi. menjadi semakin hebat apabila isu-isu berkaitan globalisasi, pengantarabangsaan, Revolusi Industri 4.0 impaknya terhadap perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat menuntut besar kurikulum pendidikan. Keperluan pekerja mahir dalam pasaran kebolehkerjaan memiliki kemahiran-kemahiran diperlukan abad ke-21. Rentetan itu, maklumat mengenal pasti tahap kemahiran ke-21 dimiliki sekolah menengah adalah satu keperluan. Maka, kajian berbentuk kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan melalui soal selidik telah dilaksanakan. Seramai 422 mengambil subjek Perniagaan dilibatkan kajian. Data dari diterima dianalisis berbantukan Pakej Statistik Sains Sosial (SPSS) versi 28. Dapatan analisis menunjukkan bahawa perniagaan berada pada sederhana tinggi. Ini bermakna kalangan masih belum memuaskan. Hatta diharap hasil ini, pihak perancang perlu memberi perhatian kepada cara bagaimana ingin menerapkan lebih efektif. Strategi pengajaran pembelajaran bersesuaian dikenal agar tuntutan berjaya dicapai.
